Disposition versions
74. The operator shall submit to the Minister of Sustainable Development, Environment and Parks, once the layout is completed, an attestation prepared and signed by a qualified and independent professional to the effect that the installation, including the network of wells monitoring the quality of underground water, complies with the applicable standards. If the installation does not comply, the professional shall indicate the correctional measures to be taken.
74. The operator shall submit to the Minister of Sustainable Development, Environment and Parks, once the layout is completed, a report prepared by a qualified and independent professional attesting the conformity of the installation, including the network of wells monitoring the quality of underground water, to the standards applicable or indicating the cases where those standards are not respected and the correctional measures to implement.
